100 Steps, Victoria Park Avenue

When I first moved to my vicinity about 45 years ago, there was a set of long wooden steps that ran down towards Lake Ontario south of Queen between Neville Park and Victoria Park Ave., and they were called "The 100 Steps" if my memory serves me correct.

This painting is my memory of the skinny steps and they laid between very tall trees on either side and you felt as if we were walking through a deep mystery.

AND VOILA, we reached the lake.
