14x11 Encustic on Panel
SOLD
this was my first experiment with encaustic which is beeswax melted so you can paint with it on a wooden panel.
The colour is derived from wax pigment bars... so many rich colours and very expensive.
the process uses a heat gun to melt and move the wax as it dries very quickly and the result of the work is usually accidental.
